Brothers are we enter the new fraternal year we are more determined than ever to bring our Brothers home. Chapters throughout the Province have doubled their efforts to reignite the passion within our Brotherhood. Below is the breakdown of Brothers who were initiated at an undergraduate or alumni chapter in the Northeastern Province.

Financial - 1,045 (Alumni) + 1,292 (Undergraduate) = 2,337

• 2,337 financial brothers = $350,550

Not In Good Standing - 1,153 (Alumni) + 4,787 (Undergraduate) = 5,940

• 5,940 non-financial brothers = $891,000

Total Initiated in NEP - 2,196 (Alumni) + 6,127 (Undergraduate) = 8,323

The Retention Rate for the North Eastern Province as of June 2018 are as follows:

• Alumni - 48% of brothers initiated at an alumni chapter in the NEP are financial.
• Undergraduate - 21% of brothers initiated at undergraduate chapters in the NEP are financial.

This gives the Province an overall retention rate of 28%.
